Le patate sono tra gli ortaggi pi\u00f9 usati in cucina e se conservate in maniera corretta possono durare per molti mesi. Se al contrario non le conserviamo in modo giusto possono macchiarsi, germogliare o marcire.<\/p>\n\n\n

Di seguito trovate dei consigli su come conservare le patate correttamente, cos\u00ec da farle mantenere, evitando sprechi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se le patate provengono dal vostro orto dopo la raccolta dovrete farle asciugare al buio e una volta asciutte andranno pulite dalla terra, se invece le acquistate questo passaggio non \u00e8 necessario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dopodich\u00e9 bisogna fare una prima selezione. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se conservate a una temperatura sopra i 12\u00b0 invece germoglieranno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Per evitare la germinazione c’\u00e8 un trucco; basta mettere una mela insieme alle patate da conservare. La mela infatti rilascia etilene che inibisce la germogliazione. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
